Wearable Diffuser: Place 3-5 drops on a wearable diffuser. (Diffusing jewelry or headband made of porous materials = lava rock, leather, felt) Wear all day to maintain courage.
Bravery Spritz: Add 5ml of Brave blend to 4 oz of witch hazel or water in a spray bottle.
Spray in room, on clothing or bedding to diffuse for hours.
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser.
Topical: For occasional use apply one to two drops to head, neck or wrists. For daily use apply diluted in a carrier oil to similar areas.
