Cassia essential oil is commonly known as cinnamon oil. We prefer this oil from the cinnamon plant leaf as opposed to the cinnamon plant bark which is harsher on the skin. The aroma is the same as common cinnamon. Cassia improves circulation, arthritis and depression. Cassia boosts the immune system, fights bacteria, relieves menstrual symptoms, treats diarrhea and works as an astringent.
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser.
Topical: Apply diluted in a carrier oil to body.
Internal: Can be add sparingly to recipes.Dilute one drop to 4 oz. of liquid.
Pets: Preferable to Cinnamon Bark which is more harsh for animals.
Cleaning: Useful as an antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial cleanser for household surfaces.
Caution: Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
