Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops of Cedarwood essential aromatic in a diffuser.
Topical: For occasional use apply 1-2 drops to body. For daily use apply diluted in a carrier oil to body.
Pets: Apply to animal’s skin and coat for dermatitis, circulation and avoiding fleas.
Cleaning: Add 3-5 drops to household cleaners or dryer sheets for the deep, woodsy smell.
Caution: Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
Masculine Body Powder
Ingredients
2 T. Cornstarch
10 drops Cedarwood
10 drops Juniper Berry
5 drops Orange
5 drops Rosemary
Add all ingredients to a wide mouth jar or clean recycled spice container with shake top. Let the powder sit for 24 hours for the essential essences to absorb into the cornstarch. Shake well before using.
Reed Diffuser (Forest Bathing)
Ingredients 3 oz glass vial with narrow opening
5-10 diffusing reeds or dried twigs (twice a long as the container)
15ml Cedarwood essential aromatic
3 T. (2 oz) fractionated coconut oil or light vegetable oil
Mix the Cedarwood essential aromatic and coconut oil in the glass vial and insert reeds. Once the reeds are saturated for several hours then turn over. Turn reeds over weekly to infuse aroma into the room.
