Room Mist
4 oz Distilled Water
75 Drops Clear Blend
Add the essential oil blend to a 4-ounce fine mist spray bottle, then fill the rest of the bottle with distilled water. Shake before each use. Liberally spritz around the room as needed to open your airways and promote open breathing.
Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice. Diffuse, inhale directly from palms, or rub on chest or feet when seasonal and environmental threats are high.
Topical: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute in a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. Use the pre-diluted 10ml roll-on directly on desired areas. See additional precautions below.
