Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser & and apply diluted as needed
Topical: For occasional use apply1-2 drops to body. For daily use apply diluted in a carrier oil to body.

Add all 3 essential oils to a blank inhaler and inhale when nausea is most pronounced.

2 drops Fennel
2 drops Cypress
2 drops Cedarwood or Juniper Berry
2 drops Lemon or Grapefruit
Combine essential oil with coconut oil and massage into bloated abdomen or swollen limbs with vigorous strokes.
