Massage Blend features 100% therapeutic grade essential oils perfectly blended to increase the benefits of all massage techniques. This blend will increase relaxation, calm tension and soothe muscle tissue. Our proprietary blend will improve circulation and muscle tone. Massage Blend includes Cypress, Lavender, White Fir, Grapefruit, Rosemary ct. linalool, Sweet Marjoram and Peppermint.

Massage Cream
Melt shea butter, remove from heat and add carrier oil. Blend in essential oils. Put in container and allow to cool completely. Close lid and label. Massage into affected area 2-3 times a day.
Massage Oil
Blend all ingredients in a dark colored glass bottle. Shake well. Massage a small amount into affected area 2-3 times a day
Diffusion: Use four to five drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute in a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
