Aroma : Deep, Woodsy and Calming
Wearable Diffuser: Place 3-5 drops on a wearable diffuser. (Diffusing jewelry or headband made of porous lava rock, leather, felt) Wear all day to promote concentration.
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser.
Topical: For occasional use apply one to two drops to head and wrists. For daily use apply diluted in a carrier oil to similar areas.
