Pitta Blend features 100% therapeutic grade essential oils perfectly blended to balance the Pitta dosha to promote contentment and intelligence. This Ayurvedic blend of oils promotes energy that controls the body's metabolic systems, including digestion, absorption, nutrition, and temperature. This blend is available in a convenient 10 ml roll-on version, pre-blended with Fractionated Coconut oil for easy application.
Aroma: Floral and herbal
Wearable Diffuser: Place 3-5 drops on a wearable diffuser. (Diffusing jewelry or headband made of porous lava rock, leather, felt) Wear all day for a sense of balance.
PITTA Bath Salts:
6 t. coarse sea salt (unflavored)
3 t. epsom salts
1 t. baking soda
1-2 drops Pitta Blend essential oil
1-3 drops food coloring (optional)
In a bowl, mix to combine salts and soda. Add Pitta blend essential oil and mix. Add a few drops of food coloring, until you achieve the desired shade.
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser.
Topical: For occasional use apply one to two drops to head, neck, wrists or chest to balance body.
For daily use apply diluted in a carrier oil to similar areas.
