Melt shea butter, remove from heat and add carrier oil. Blend in essential oils. Put in container and allow to cool completely. Close lid and label. Massage into affected area 2-3 times a day

Blend all ingredients in a dark colored glass bottle. Shake well. Massage a small amount into affected area 2-3 times a day.
Topical: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute in a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. Use the pre-diluted 10ml roll-on directly on desired areas..
