Wearable Diffuser: Place 3-5 drops on a wearable diffuser. (Diffusing jewelry or headband made of porous lava rock, leather, felt) Wear all day give a sense of self care.

Shower: Put one drop in the corner of your shower to deodorize and freshen..

Shower Bomb
2 cups baking soda
1/2 cup citric acid
20 drops Studio Blend
1 1/2 Tbsp water
6 drops food coloring if you want different colors
Mix the baking soda and citric acid in a mixing bowl and stir well. In separate bowl, blend water, essential oil, and food coloring. Slowly add and mix into dry ingredients. You will havea slightly moist or damp mixture. Let dry several hours in mold then remove carefully. Let bombs dry overnight.

Directions for Use

 Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser..

 Topical: For occasional use apply one to two drops to chest to aid breathing. For daily use apply diluted in a carrier oil to similar areas

 Pets: Diffuse in pet areas to promote healthy breathing.

Cleaning: Add 5ml (1 t.) Studio blend to 32 oz of water in spray bottle for wiping down countertops and other surfaces while producing a fresh scent.

 Caution: Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a
doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
