Aroma: Deep, Citrus and Spicy
Wearable Diffuser: Place 3-5 drops on a wearable diffuser. (Diffusing jewelry or headband made of porous materials = lava rock, leather, felt) Wear all day to promote concentration.
Hard Surface Diffusion: Put one drop on hard surface diffusers like rocks and salt to promote continuous diffusing.
Perfume: Add a few drops to wrists for a daily perfume.
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Topical: For occasional use apply one to two drops to head and wrists. For daily use apply diluted in a carrier oil to similar areas.
