Forest Bathing is the practice of immersing yourself in nature using all 5 of our senses. This is not exercise but just spending time in nature to improve health. Dr. Qing Li recommends ways to include nature in our inside environments to reduce stress and other unhealthy lifestyle conditions. One suggestion by Dr. Li was making a reed diffuser with high grade essential oils.
DIY CEDARWOOD Reed Diffuser
3 T. Fractionated Coconut oil
15ml CUREoils Cedarwood essential oil
2 oz glass bottle with narrow neck
4-5 reeds for diffusing (twice a long as the heighth of the bottle) Use a funnel to fill bottle with coconut and cedarwood oil. Turn reeds over once a week for aroma. Refresh mixer by adding more essential oil when scent weakens. See links below for information for purchase of supplies.
