Vata Blend features 100% therapeutic grade essential oils perfectly blended to balance the Vata dosha to promote creativity and vitality. This Ayurvedic blend of oils promotes energy that controls bodily functions associated with motion, including circulation and breathing. This blend is available in a convenient 10 ml roll-on version, pre-blended with Fractionated Coconut oil for easy application.
Aroma: Warm, floral and spicy
Wearable Diffuser: Place 3-5 drops on a wearable diffuser. (Diffusing jewelry or headband made of porous lava rock, leather, felt) Wear all day for a sense of balance.
Vata Bath Salts:
6 t. coarse sea salt (unflavored)
3 t. epsom salts
1 t. baking soda
1-2 drops vata blend essential Oil
1-3 drops food coloring (optional)
In a bowl, mix to combine salts and soda. Add Vata blend essential oil and mix. Add a few drops of food coloring, until you achieve the desired shade.
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser.
Topical: For occasional use apply one to two drops to head, neck, wrists or chest to balance body.
For daily use apply diluted in a carrier oil to similar areas
